| Reply from Samantha, Age 15 - 7/22/02 - IP#: 209.252.197.xxx bigbb-c5185 Hey, do you do any activities? like swim or any sports? if you ride your bike and rollerblade thatll help. ive learned that last year im still overweight but by doing more activities you can help it. and instead of drinkin soda although they are coming out with some good one you should drink water. and if you go out to eat a lot go to the salad bars first and then eat a lite meal then for desert rather than ice cream or somethin get fruit. see i eat when i am deprssed and that happpens a lot and my weight varies a lot. and my aunt and i were talking and she said instead of going to the munchies go for a walk or sleep a little and thats helped to. well i hope this helps you ~samantha~ |
