Thank you for saying that. I've been on this board for over 2 years trying to tell people exactly that, and they don't listen. I think because you took sometime they might understand now. I hope you'll stay on this board or at least visit it every so often because I keep typing out the same message of not going to extremes and loving yourself first, but the more you say it, the more people just ignore you, and I would really like to help change people's attitudes and ideas on this board.
