Lisa you should NEVER skip a meal its dangerous and you will just be more tempted to binge later at night ... did you guys know that the people who are the most successful in their dieting eat five to six small meals a day!!??!!?? all you need to do is excersize and have a healthy diet! skipping meals will only make it that much harder for you to lose any weight ... good luck everyone
