I keep it at a normal 2100 calorie diet.... It kept me at 150 lbs for about 2 years because of that. and every summer I go hiking and camping, plus I jog with my dog for 2 miles every day. I went down to 144 though because I tend to lose some eight when I am sick for a long period of time, which I was this year. Anyways, I do lots of crunches, and its also very good to go swimming. For me, I usually swim for about 3-4 hours during the summer or until I get tired. But back to your point, Its true. People who are skipping meals and cutting down to like 1000 calories are just believing everything they hear. That could very easily give you Anorexia and Bluemia, and it wont make you lose that weight. I am glad you posted this one to show these people who try and starve themselves. |
