| Reply from sarah, Age 16 - 7/20/02 - IP#: 209.98.117.xxx bigbb_114-c5137 sherbert is low in fat, but it has a lot of sugars, which can be converted into fat if you have too many carbos in your diet. so a little bit of sherbert is fine, just don't think that just because it's low in fat it can't pack on the pounds. |
