However, I've got some tips. Drink nothing but water. Soda and juice have major calories, and add tons of weight to teens. Skip a meal everyday if you can. It's good to skip dinner, because it's usually the largest meal, and your body does the least amount of work afterwards. And exersize, either walk, swim or run, and hour a day...Hope I could help |
