thank you for posting the message. i'm gonna follow what u said like eating 1500 calories a day and exercising for 30 minutes. i think u made lots of people here to realize what's the right way to lose weight. i have a question for u. do u jumprope? if u do, what's ur routine? like how long do u do it straight? thanx!
