| Reply from Rachel, Age 16 - 7/18/02 - IP#: 216.154.6.xxx bigbb-c5067 i think u will lose about 20 pounds if u continue what u said. but i don't think can cuz like others said, u r exercising too much! u might even get injured. that's what happened to me.i execrised too much and my foot started hurting. i took X ray and stuff but nothing was wrong with it. my foot kept hurting so i coulnd't exercise for sooo long!! i think u shpuld just exercise for 30 to 45 minutes a day and rest one day a week. |
