My mum did, on the weight watchers winning points diet. Eat 5 fruits/veggies a day, 3 glasses milk (8oz) and 6 glasses of water (8oz) and exercise, and count calories. (1200-1500) That's similar, but it's not exactly the same as weight watchers.
