| Reply from RACHEL, Age 14 - 7/16/02 - IP#: 205.188.192.xxx bigbb_114-c5005 HI IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULDNT EAT ABOUT 4 HOURS BEFORE YOU GO TO BED BECAUSE MY DAD TOLD ME THAT AND EARLIER IN THE YEAR AROUND JANURARY TO LIKE THE END OF FEBRUARY I DIDN'T EAT NOTHING LIKE 4 HOURS TIL I WENT TO BED AND I LOSS 15 POUNDS BY DOING THAT AND I STARTED BACK BUT I DIDN'T GAIN ANY WEIGH BECAUSE I WAS IN THE BAND AND WE DID A LOT OF EXERCISES THERE BUT KNOW SINCE1 THERE IS NO BAND BECAUSE SCHOOL IS OUT I HAVENT LOSS ANY WEIGH BUT KNOW I'M TRYING TO LOSE 10 POUNDS BEFORE 4 1/2 WEEKS AND LAST NIGHT WE HAD DINNER AND I STAYED UP 4 OUR AND THIS MORNING I FEEL LIKE A BETTER PERSON FROM YESTERDAY BY DRINKING 5 1/2 GLASSES OF WATER (EVEN THOUGH I WENT TO THE BATHROOM LIKE 4 TIMES IN 1 HOUR) AND WENT TO BED A LITTLE HUNGRY LAST NIGH IT SEEMS LIKE I HAVE LOST A POUND.
