| Reply from candy, Age 14 - 7/10/02 - IP#: 202.156.2.xxx bigbb-c4830 eat right, like 1600 kcals a day. eat ONLY fruits, vegs, and LEAN meat. no fried foods. everything boiled, steamed, broiled or grilled. no mayo, butter and creams. exercise often--as little as 10 min a day helps. but 10 min must be strenous exercise, if you prefer slow walking and such, do at least an hour. |
