no, its not ok. don't skip any meal. when u skip meals your body thinks u are fasting and stores fat wich actually makes u gain more weight. what i suggest to do is to just eat more fruits and veggies for lunch instead. they have very low colories and are very good for your body. u can even cut your lunch in half if u want, just don't skip it.
