if you walk alot that really helps, maybe around the block a few times each day, if you have a big dog that pulls, take her/him for a walk. if they pull u, u use more streagth to stop them from pulling and that is great for your muscles. or your could lay on your side and left your leg up and down slowly with out touching your other leg coming down. that uses your thighs alot. and if u think u can do it, put more weight on your leg while doing that.
