| Reply from Camille, Age 14 - 7/9/02 - IP#: 63.78.42.xxx bigbb-c4774 The best ways to lose weight are probably everything you've heard before: -exercise for at least 30 min at a time 3-4 times a week -reduce your calorie intake And I would like to add: -visit as many dieting websites as you can to learn more -don't stress if you don't lose more than 2 lbs a week -find out what REALLY motivates you and constantly remind yourself of them in order to reach your goals. -Never think "why bother?" because you will end up NO MATTER WHAT being better off if you stick with your diet/excersise plan.
