| Reply from derek, Age 14 - 7/3/02 - IP#: 24.154.66.xxx bigbb_107-c4680 wow... i cant seem to think 325 is heredity for a 14 year old... theres no way... i lost 8 pounds a week walking for like 20 minutes a day... now i walk 60 minutes every day of the week... Only eat fruit and vegitables it really works... dont eat anything else.. like if you cant do that... eat in proportion... serving sizes... have well rounded meals 3 times a day, heres what helped me.. NO SUGER CERIAL!!! Fruit/Vegitables ALOT OF THEM WATER drink water when you are hungry it fills you up. walk 20 minutes a day... dont sit inside.... stay outside! walk in the morning and night so its not too hot. dont eat anything after 6 P.M. thats when ur body slows down and you cant burn fat or calories... walk before you goto bed..... |
