alright, it didnt post the last time i wrote this... so i'm gonna try again (and if this is posting twice i'm sorry!!!!!) don't feel down on yourself! you're a beautiful person, inside and out. always remember that. and if you're like me and when you're depressed you just eat and eat and you're still hungry afterwords then eat something like air popped popcorn without butter or crushed ice (yeah, i'm a freak who eats crushed ice...). and if you feel even more depressed afterwords cause you just ate so much, then put your favorite cd into your cdman, and go out for a walk until you're all sweaty and nasty. then go home and take a shower. trust me i'm not crazy, it really works. when you get outta the shower you'll feel so good about yourself and relaxed cause you'll feel like you just burned off all those calories, and on top of that you're clean. and theres nothing quite like that nice clean feeling you get when you just got outta the shower is there? lol, ok i'm gonna stop now, but hopefully i've helped, or at least made you laugh. and if you wanna talk just check my other postings for my e mail address and sn
