drink lots and lots of water, it'll fill you up instead of food. also, when you eat alot of carbs (like, a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich lets say) try to excersize for a few minutes afterword, just to get your metabolizim moving so you digest the food faster. don't worry about losing weight, worry about how you look to yourself. as you get older you're bound to gain weight, so don't relaly concentrate on that or you'll give yourself uneeded stress. eat when your hungry, and rest when you're tired. but when you eat, don't eat until you're full...eat until you're not hungry (theres a difference, and thats good advise...trust me.) lets see, ummm well muscle weighs more than fat, and by excersizing that much you're burning fat and gaining muscle, even though you may not be losing any weight. ok i can't think of anything else now, but if you have anymore questions or want some more tips e mail me @ bluegecko31@netscape.net (or IM me at bluegecko31)
