eating bread is fine, but it had alot of carbohydrates... which will eventually turn into fat if you dont work them off. the same goes for strawberries becuase of all the natural sugar in them. they're perfectly fine to eat if you want a quick snack or something, but if you feel like you ate too many, just go out for a walk or a jog afterward to burn them off. hoped i've helped! good luck!!!!
