You can reduce the sit up or push ups if you just add another half a mile on the running. Also eat ALL three meals a day. For breakfast eat a bowl of cereal(a healthy type, not like sugary stuff) And a glass of orange juice. For lunch, choice.....You can eat a salad without dressing or cheese, a sandwich on wheat bread without mustard or mayonnaise, and for dinner just eat what is made for you, just smaller portions.Well, there you go.
