Hi, I'm 30 and i now weight.. 127 lbs.. this to me is very high.. I find myself saying that im fat also infront of other friends that are way fatter.. We don't mean to offend anyone.. What we are saying is that WE feel fat however if you are overweight and you are okay with it then that's on you.. I never mean to insult people.. but i end up saying comments like that and not realizing they just might. I feel fat because im used to my weight being 117lbs you see.. IF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY TRICKS ON LOSING WEIGHT FAST PLEASE TELL ME..
