| Reply from Sara, Age 15 - 6/24/02 - IP#: 152.163.204.xxx bigbb-c4520 i eat fruit for breakfast, salad or rice for lunch, and if its not too bad i eat what my mom makes for dinner but i cut it in half. im also on chitosol and it works really good ( check out chitosol.com ) and if u need a snack try eatin crackers. and also try drinkin only 4 or 5 pops a week and to exercise every day. i kno it sounds hard but i swear it works!!! email me when u get this k?
