Hey krissy, the show comes on at 7:00 et and theres another one at 7:30 et. hope it can help you like it's helped me. I woke up this morning and I had lost 3 lbs. At first the show is hard to keep up with, but then it gets eaiser.( Don't mind the ladys stupid comments,their corny, lol ) Good luck! Katie
