For the best health, you have to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Since you're not overweight, it will be really hard for you to lose weight, because the less you weigh the harder it is to lose weight. So you might need to exercise that much to lose more weight, I know I do. Also, you shouldn't exercise right before bed because you won't be able to sleep. Just trying to help! |
