Yeha I have seen girls walk into school with it, it kinda gives them this,I dunno how to put it...this look because they're not that overweight for their height, it makes you get impressions like they are perfectionists about their bodies, I'm not sure how to put it...I have never used it but I know my family members have used it and their a lot older the 16 :) I hope that answers your quesitons!
