You'll loose weight if you put your mind to it. Here's what I do. Get at least 7 hrs. of sleep a night. (you burn cal. when u sleep) Weigh yourslef only 1 time a week. eat 3 meals a day. Breakfast: eat fruits, eggs, or ceral. Lunch: Salads, veggies, fruits. Dinner: small portion of meat, some veggies and maybe some bread. Eat small sncks like carrots. etc. Excercise at least 30 min. a day. It may take a few weeks but u will see results. Goodl luck!!! |
