Hey, Don't worry to much. I know youve probly heard this a million times, but just eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full - also, be active - join a school team or start taking classes in a sport youve always wanted to. also, when you do eat, eat things that are yummy, but not high in fat. stop drinking pop (go for juice mixed with perrier), dont eat chips (eat crackers, they make you feel like youre eating a snack) and also, the best thing that i found was chicken! grilled chicken (no sauce) cut up in slices, over a bed of lettuce (like salad) with chopped up vegis ( I like tomato) is really good - just put no dressing on and you feel like oyure eating a gourmet salad, but its almost no calories, hope i helped!
