| Reply from princess, Age 19 - 6/12/02 - IP#: 202.8.224.xxx bigbb-c4338 i think that if she can bring her weight down to 130 lbs, it would be great for her height. look at what she's eating. maybe she's consuming a lot of hidden calories...from her drinks or little snacks that she nibbles on the whole day. a good thing to do would be to keep a food diary and to list down the things that she eats. list down EVERY LITTLE THING. then count the calories that she consumes per day. normally..it's best to consume 1200-1500 calories a day. there are some sites on the net that helps you compute how much you have to consume daily. search for it! goodluck. as for walking, continue it..it's a good habit and exercise |
