| Reply from Meg, Age 15 - 6/5/02 - IP#: 205.188.198.xxx bigbb_44-c4261 Hey those other girls are right, you shouldn't rely on diet pills to loose, it just takes practice and determination, and if you mess up dont give up! thats what i always do when i am dieting, i feel bad if i binge on junkfood or something so i give up the diet, but thats the worste thing to do, its the hard times like that when you have to be the strongest. Exersize is very important, when you exersize you wont be thinkign about food, its hard at first but like anything the more you do it the easyer it gets. I have heard of some safe "diet pills" but there not really diet pills, i heard that they are pills containing apple cider vinegar to decrease hungar. apparently just having two tablespoons before a meal or somethign decreases your appetite but the pills contain the right dossage or whatver. it could be just a myth since i heard it from a friend but, i know that whatever she had was completely natural and there was no chemacles. Anyway just dont give up, good luck girl! |
