Hi Darren Do you think your girlfriend is anorexic? She could be from what you have said. She is very underweight from the sounds of it. If she is anorexic telling her to eat won't make her eat. Anorexics stop eating usually because of a deeper problem than just because they think they are fat. Does Katlyn recognise that she has a problem? If she does would she consider talking to a counselor or somebody about it. From the sounds of it you sound like a very understanding person and I would encourage you to keep supporting Katlyn through letting her know that you are there to talk to but don't push too hard as she will only talk when she is ready. I wouldn't reccommend threatening to break up with her as this may make matters worse. She is probably insecure about herself which is why she thinks she is fat, threatening to break up with her may cause her to feel more insecure. i hope that this is of some use to you and that Katlyn is okay Clare
