hey!!well...if they are like really red or maybe even like a lil goldish...they probably are...my lil sister has the same problem but not on her belly...on her legs.If u maybe would wanna talk 2 your friend about it...tell her that they came out w/ some rub on gel that u put on strech marks..and they will go away! trust me!I'll help w/ these things...so if ya want try 2 keep in touch w/ me..i'll be more than happy 2 help out!
