Go grocery shopping, and get the basics, raw vegetables, chicken (fresh uncooked) and salmon or fish (fresh uncooked), flax oil, and the other supplements it says. If you prepare the meals in advance, you can take them with you anywhere, it might be some work to always carry it around, but the wieght loss is worth it. Carry the cranberry juice in a water bottle or something. I just started too. Im here if you'd like any help with stuff. |
