If you're looking to loose some weight, start by taking one hour off of your computer time everyday and try going for a walk, try biking or rollar blading for as little as 15-20 minutes a day. Also, people tend to eat junk food when on a computer. If that's true for you, try switching to healthier snacks like butter free popcorn instead of potato chips or frozen yogurt in stead of ice cream. You'll definetly see some results if you're a little more active, though. |
