First of all, that's not terribly overweight! You're a tall person. You've probubly already heard this but... drink LOTS of water. It fills you up pretty fast! I, personally, hate water. But you get used to t. Also, do a bunch of sit ups every day. And keep increasing them by the day. That really helps too. But don't push yourself to where it hurts. Make it convenient to you
