it's hard when your not a sporty person to loose weight trust me i no but the worst thing you can do is give up and your oviously not extremely over weight so you should take it a step at a time like eat a bit less of the foods you eat alot of and gradually start to walk more places or cycle and learn to balance out your food intake with your exersice routine you can do this by looking at the fat and calorie intake on packets of food and thinking about how much exersice your going to do and seeing how much calories you will loose........... trust me if you believe in your self it can be done.
