Hi! I'm Rachel and recently I lost 10 pounds, and I'm 10 pounds away from my goal weight of 100. My advice for you when you dance is to imagine you are the prettiest dancer there. If you do this you will fill yourself with confodince, and burn calories at the same time. Before you know it you will have reached your goal weight in no time.
