Hun...Stop crying...... look whatever you do do not try diet pills because they do not work. This is what you have to do..ok. Write down what you eat and how you felt in a journal. after a week look back and see why you ate some people eat out of lonliness I eat out of stress. then the next time you know that you are full but feel like eating do something lik pushups or crunches instead. the more youu work out the more pounds melt. A great thing to do is running. It is really fun and it burns fat like you won't believe. Please hun....Stop crying....
