Don't do anything why you eat and you should be fine. Eating 5 small meals a day is really healhty to. Just make sure that they are like 300 calories per meal. And do exercise...like running, tennis join a swim team, take a jazz class it even helps to do sit ups while you are watching TV...GOOD LUCK!! |
