what tori said was good. but if it doesn't work, or u just don't get into it, then i would just stop worrying about food. i mean, NORMAL people don't really care about food. the ONLY time u should even think about food is if u are over weight. if u aren't then just eat. i can't say eat till your full, just eat when u feel like it. if u wanna eat, don't stop your body from eating becayse of how skinny u are. i would just forget about being so thin and eat. you eat to LIVE not to gain weight.
