Hey, Try running or walking a mile and just work it up to 2 miles,ect.and put a CD in and dance to it. and also run in place every day for 15minutes-1 hour. and try to drink a gallon of water a day! Good luck! need anything else e-mail me at princess_of_you2@yahoo.com Tori
