Change your diet slowly, dont expect results and first days. It took me 6 months to go from 170 to 135 but I wasent trying too hard to lose weight. and dont go on a diet, change your diet! The fact is... that changing your diet can help you lose weight lot faster than excerciseing. I never excercised (Im too lazy), I only changed my diet. but excersising WIll help you lose the pounds and make you healthier. Oh, If you are heavy and excercise, you may gain weight as you build muscle to support your heavy body as you work out, so dont be upset if the scale does not change much.
