I eat the whole meal everyday, but for fast food and junk food, I eat about once or twice a week or on special occasions. They said in the local news that 1 average slice of pizza will put more fat in your gut than a Big Mac. I was surprised cause I avoided burgers and ate like 3 slices of pizza and thought it was better. Also, if you wanna lose weight, maybe 1 soda a week would help instead of 1 everyday. |
