That's okay to start with, but for the best results you need to exercise about 5 days a week for a half an hour. You should also keep track of your calories or portions. Limit yourself to one plateful every meal (with 1/4 meat, 1/4 starch, and 2/4 vegetables), or you can limit your calorie intake to about 1600 calories a day. I limited my calories and exercised and went from 175 pounds to 150, and from a size 18/20 to a size 13/14. I hope this works for you, and remember to also drink that water!
