I'm just so use to coming home and grabbing something to eat! Its awful, and i'm trying so hard to break this habbit. Things that have helped me, as soon as u get home, have a glass of COLD water. It may help fill you up a bit, so you might not feel hungry, and head towards the fridge. Also, i tried chewing gum, it helps sometimes! Hope i helped u a bit! And good luck! |
