hey, listen if u weighed 110lbs I wouldn't go out with u in the first place, I am 5'2 and I weigh 130 and I am not fat, u can see my stomach muscles so just because some chart might say ur over weight doesn't mean u are, honestly I think that its a bunch of bs when u have to fill out ur height and weight to detemind where u are suppose to be, the girl who wrote in to u suggested that u lift weights and cut ur portions in half, I think that is the best thing to do, because guys build muscle tissue fast so u should be able to tell a difference pretty quickly, but hey don't try to change for some chick, do it for urself because it will make u happy, but I wish u the best of luck with getting "toned" and with the girl. if ya want some weight lifting suggestions u can e-mail me at samwildt@homtail.com
