You have no idea how skinny you would be if you lost that much weight. And, no matter what you think, in the end, girls like guys that have some muscle and fat (it helps when you hug a guy that he's not skinnier than the girl and he a bit bigger). So, my advice for you is to start weight lifting. You might not lose too much weight, but you will definately lose inches and rolls, and plus look a lot more manly. You can also cut in half what you eat, like don't take seconds, skip the junk food and grab an apple, and when you feel bored, go out and play basketball or something. It doesn't matter to most girls if a guy is a little over weight, and if it matters that much to them, they probably won't like you so you have no reason to try to go out with them :) |
