First of all, let me congrtulate you on the 7 pounds loss. I wish I could lose 7 pounds. They would do me a world of good. But i really think you're on the right path to losing weight. Exercising half and hour and eating healthy is cool. You'll lose the weight your body needs to and if you still want to lose a little more, increase your excercise by five minutes at a time till you get around 45 minutes. But hey, it's just a suggestion, I need some too. Good luck.
