I don't care if it's only 1400 cals a day. why would you do this if the weight is only gonna stay off for like 3 days? it wouldn't be even worth it. i could possibly understand if it kept the weight off for good but it won't so it's not worth it! just get on a calorie plan exercise and you should do just fine! |
