Ok, first off you need to keep a calorie diary, something you can keep track of your calories. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT BELOW 1000 CALORIES!!! Anyway lol you not only need to keep track of your calories you need to excersise at lease a little. 3500=1 pound of fat. If you eat right and say excersise about 300 calories off and stick with it for a while you will see the pounds melt off like a popcicle in the summer ;) Hope i Helped |
