You do 1/2 hour to a full hour of running and then, aswell, do 1/2 hour to 2 1/2 hours toning. thats heaps, way too much for me. i have a treadmill and ive got some tae bo videos, do you think thatll be enough? also ive been thinking of doing some yoga, coz ive got a yoga tape. ive only got two more days of school them im on my mid semester break. its only for a week and three days but i would really like to get into a routine, with taebo, yoga and running. thanks again for writing back, i really appreciate it |
