I know how you feel. You don't care if you do damage to your body, right? You know it's wrong, but things like laxatives just seem like the perfect solution, and your tired of people telling you that there bad for you, right? I am frequently in this type of mood, but lately I have been getting better about it. This is what is helping me. First of all, I would stand in front of a mirror, either in a bathing suit, or some type of skimp clothing. Then I would look myself over, then say one good thing about my body, like my butt isn't that big today, or my face is pretty, and stuff like that. If that doesn't work, I suggest you cover all the mirrors in your house, limit talk with your friends about looks, especially sizes, and go with out tv. It's a wonder what will happen when you aren't bombarded by media images and skinny people, or critizing about yourself. Let yourself eat whatever you want, as long as you are satisfied. Don't feel guilty about eating another piece of pizza or more animal crackers. If you are still hungry, simply eat until your not. But I also strongly suggest you exercise also. This whole thing your expiriencing is just mental, and you should get over it in a couple days, but beware, it can come back and will. I wish you the best of luck.
